Official Recognition |Bairong Appointed as Co-chair of the Intelligent Ecosystem Development Working Group of the Academy of Information and Communications Technology

At the Recent "2025 Artificial Intelligence Industry and Empowering New Industrialization Conference" - AI for the Future and Intelligent Agent Innovation Forum - hosted by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, Bairong Inc., together with Ping An Life, China Telecom, China Mobile, Ant Group and other institutions was appointed as a leader of the "Intelligent Agent Ecosystem Development Working Group" of the Intelligent Innovation and Application Committee of the Chinese Artificial Intelligence Industry Development Alliance (AIIA). "The AIIA Intelligent Agent Committee is led by the Institute of Artificial Intelligence of the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology to advance innovation and industrial application of intelligent agent technologies. This recognition marks the authoritative acknowledgment of Bairong's technological strength and practical implementation in building the intelligent agent ecosystem. In the future, Bairong will continue to collaborate with more industry partners to promote the application of artificial intelligence across sectors and jointly build an open, collaborative and sustainable industrial landscape.

Focus Areas of the Working Group

1.Standards and Promotion: play a leading role in the formulation and promotion of industry standards;

2.Ecosystem Co-construction: collaborate with industry partners to build an open and synergistic intelligent agent ecosystem;

3.Scenario Implementation: promote large-scale enterprise applications and best practices across diverse business scenarios.

Based on the standard review opinions and discussion consensus of this event: "As an important form of next-generation artificial intelligence, intelligent agents are becoming a critical driver of industrial transformation and upgrading. Leveraging its long-term accumulation and practical achievements in large models, platforms and applications, Bairong has demonstrated the capability to lead the construction of enterprise-level intelligent agent ecosystems, and will play a greater role in industry standards formulation and application promotion. ”

The "Trinity" Methodology: from Models to Platform to Scenarios and Value

As a leading AI-native technology company in China, Bairong has built a complete ecosystem covering models and platforms, enterprise-level intelligent agents, and scenario-based applications.

*Foundation: Industry Large Model (BR-LLM).

Bairong’s self-developed large model has been officially registered at the national level. Relying on continuous training and alignment of industry-specific corpus and enterprise contexts, BR-LLM enables the transfer of capabilities from "language understanding" to "business execution", supporting the in-depth application of enterprise-level intelligent agents.

*Core Hub: Intelligent Agent Platform (Bairong CybotStar百融百工).

Based on its large model foundation, Bairong has developed Bairong CybotStar百融百工, an enterprise-level intelligent agent platform. It functions like a "final assembly workshop" that encapsulates model capabilities, consolidates industry expertise, and provides core functions such as unified tool invocation, workflow orchestration, memory, and knowledge management. The platform enables cross-scenario collaboration among multiple agents, allowing intelligent agent applications in complex processes to be produced at scale like an automated " factory assembly line ".

*Application: Multi-Agent Collaboration (Bairong AI-powered Employee Matrix).

Bairong drives multi-agent collaboration to form large-scale replicable practices across telecom, finance, marketing, HR, legal affairs and other sectors. Leveraging natural language understanding, multimodal interaction, knowledge graphs and business process automation, these agents power functions such as customer support, tariff analysis, and work order processing for operators, as well as intelligent investment advisory, risk management, and user interaction for remote banking, improving user experience, operational efficiency, and driving business growth.

Official Appointment: A New Milestone, A New Mission

Bairong 's ecosystem is not a collection of tools or fragmented functions; it represents an end-to-end solution reshaping how enterprises organize and collaborate. The company emphasized that what enterprises need is not just "a sharper axe", but relying on a stable underlying model, a unified platform and reusable industry methodologies to build a reliable "AI-powered employee team" that can think independently, execute autonomously, and work seamlessly with humans to drive sustained productivity growth.

Today, intelligent agent adoption in enterprise scenarios remains at an early stage, with limited mature applications and value-measurement systems. Gartner predicts that by 2027, 40% of intelligent agent projects will fail due to unclear business value and other reasons. In this critical window period, the key question for the industry is how to move from "hot technology" to "real value".

As an early pioneer and industry leader in intelligent agent technology, Bairong will leverage its appointment as a "leader of the Intelligent Ecosystem Development Working Group" to take on greater industry responsibilities. Earlier, Bairong and the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology jointly launched the Remote Banking Intelligent Agent Standardization Initiative, beginning with highly regulated sectors such as banking, to establish a reusable and easy-to-promote agent application ecosystem through unified specifications and evaluation frameworks.

Looking ahead, Bairong will draw on its deep expertise in vertical industries and extensive practical cross-sector experience, unite stakeholders across industry, academia, and research to continuously broaden the boundaries of AI applications, and help build a more complete, mature, and sustainable intelligent agent ecosystem in China.

About Bairong

Bairong inc. is a leading artificial intelligence (AI) technology service provider. The company applies advanced technologies including large language models (LLMs), reinforcement learning (RL), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), multimodal intelligence, natural language processing (NLP), deep machine learning, 3D digital human engines, privacy computing and cloud computing. Its services are delivered through two primary business models: Model-as-a-Service (MaaS) and Results-as-a-Service (RaaS). The MaaS model leverages discriminative AI to digitalize enterprises’ know-your-customer (KYC) and know-your-product (KYP) processes by analyzing users’ risk profiles, willingness, and capability. The RaaS model, powered by Bairong’s self-developed BR-LLM large model and its enterprise-level intelligent agent operating system "Bairong CybotStar(百融百工)" , enables clients to build and deploy their own AI Agent employees. These agents support institutions in completing end-to-end internal operations, management, and external business transactions. Both "Bairong CybotStar(百融百工)" and BR-LLM have completed national registration filings, with over 95% of product intellectual property independently owned and a total of 461 software copyrights and patents as of June 30, 2025. Bairong’s products and services have been adopted by over 8,000 institutional customers across industries including finance, internet, retail, communications, education and healthcare. They are widely applied in scenarios such as marketing recommendation and sales collaboration, intelligent customer service and outbound calling, contract, invoice and system analysis, credit assessment and fraud prevention, claims settlement and file management, as well as recruitment operations and training empowerment.
