Bairong Pioneers the Advancement of Multimodal Artificial Intelligence

At the recent Kaiyuan Securities AI Technology Forum, Mr. Zhang Shaofeng, CEO of Bairong, presented practical applications of multimodal artificial intelligence showcasing how AI technology can significantly improve enterprise efficiency and customer experience by simulating multi-role collaboration in the real world.

Mr. Zhang Shaofeng outlined the two fundamental functions of AI: induction and deduction, and explained the distinction between decision-making AI and generative AI. He emphasized that true intelligence extends beyond prediction and judgment to include the intelligent generation of content. Since 2017, Bairong has been at the forefront of developing multimodal large models, initially focusing on voice applications. After the industry introduced a new machine learning paradigm in 2021, Bairong has further refined its pre-training and fine-tuning capabilities.

Mr. Zhang Shaofeng emphasized that Bairong's AI technology has achieved an accuracy rate of up to 98% and responds to user inquiries within 200 milliseconds. Such an impressive performance is powered by its proprietary large model which focuses on vertical fields to reduce inference costs and improve response speed.

At the forum, Mr. Zhang Shaofeng showcased practical applications of multimodal artificial intelligence. In one example, three AI Voice Agents collaborated to complete an insurance consultation and appointment process seamlessly. Agent 1 first understood the client's needs and then transferred the call to Agent 2, an insurance expert who speaks the Sichuan dialect. Once the client expressed clear interest, the call was automatically transferred to Agent 3, who scheduled a face-to-face meeting. Throughout this process, each Agent was able to seamlessly build on the work of the previous Agent without the client needing to repeat information, demonstrating the great potential of AI technology in replicating real world processes.

Mr. Zhang Shaofeng compared this multi-Agent collaboration model to a Lego model, which can combine individual components to create infinitely complex workflows and complete highly intricate tasks. He predicted that in the future, every departmental role in every enterprise will have a digital twin, thereby combining to form advanced systems to solve super complex tasks.

The forum not only highlighted Bairong's leadership in AI technology but also provided the industry with a vivid demonstration of how AI technology can optimize workflows and enhance customer experience.
