(“Bairong” or the “Company”; HKEX: 6608) was invited to participate in the launch ceremony of the 3rd Pazhou Algorithm Competition (Hong Kong Station), co-organized by the People's Government of Haizhu District, Guangzhou and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, under the guidance of the People's Government of Guangzhou Municipality and the China Artificial Intelligence Association. The AI director of Bairong attended the event and discussed the development path of the large-scale artificial intelligence model industry.

The AI director of Bairong said, "Intelligent voice robots are widely used in marketing, return visits, customer service, and other scenarios, replacing humans to complete outbound calls and responses with stable effects, greatly reducing the labor cost and training cost of institutions. At the conference, Bairong showcased its generative AI voice robot, VoiceGPT, impressing attendees with its rapid response of within 500 milliseconds, with a remarkable reply accuracy rate of 99% and supporting multi-language dialogue. In 2023, Bairong achieved a gross transaction value exceeding 50 billion yuan through the use of generative AI, effectively transforming AI technology into commercial benefits.

This event was guided by the People's Government of Guangzhou Municipality and co-hosted by the People's Government of Haizhu District, Guangzhou and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), with the Haizhu District Science, Industry, Commerce, and Information Bureau, the Pazhou Administration Committee of Haizhu District, and the Haizhu Urban Development Group as the organizers. The event received strong support from organizations including the Guangdong Artificial Intelligence Association, the Guangdong Silver Hair Think Tank, Guangzhou Industry Investment Capital, Guangzhou Financial Holdings Fund, Yuexiu Industrial Fund, Tsingzhii Capital, and SiE Industry Fund, among others. The activity attracted seasoned industry experts in AI, renowned academic scholars and researchers, as well as entrepreneurs from various sectors to participate together. Distinguished guests in attendance included Otto Poon Professor of Engineering at HKUST; Prof. Zhou Xiao Fang, Chair Professor and Head of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at HKUST; Mr. Hon TANG Fei, Member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong; Dr. Du Lan, President of the Guangdong Artificial Intelligence Industry Association; and Mr. He Laigang, Chairman of the Haizhu Urban Development Group, among other leaders. These attendees gathered to explore the development path of the large model AI industry.
